French presidency of European Union, from 1 July to 31 December 2008: conferences organized by Égide

The International Relations and Cooperation Department (DREIC) of the French Ministries of Education and Research commissioned Égide with logistics organization of most of the events in its main speciality areas (six meetings and eight conferences on education; and two meetings and seven conferences on research).
These events, of varying sizes, ranged from ministerial meetings to international conference. Total attendance was around 6,000 and the total budget around €6 million.
