    What form does your business with Égide take?

    We’re rather atypical clients, commissioning grantholder management from Égide as the ministry itself takes a sharper focus on strategy issues. Interaction is an everyday matter, and it operates at various levels. Then as well as liasing on specific cases, we also call in Égide expertise on wider-reaching matters.

    Very good indeed! We appreciate working with an operator that is highly flexible and has developed very definite know-how over the years. Indeed, we encourage steps toward even more proactive input from Égide in the future.

    Could you be specific on this?

    We’d like Égide to help us improve reception for foreign students, because we know there is room for improvement. Égide already mediates valuable feedback on grantholders’ perception of the services provided: pre-arrival arrangements, administrative processes, accommodation, etc.
