Project-wide financial tracking and accounting
In managing the client’s budget, we issue regular reports on outgoing expenses. And on completion of the operation we provide a detailed statement consistent with public- or private-sector accounting standards, as required.
Compliance with budgetary and regulatory requirements
With its vast experience of working on behalf of public institutions and organizations, Égide, unlike traditional service providers of equivalent technical competence, is thoroughly familiar with public-sector accounting rules. And we commit to successful completion of our clients’ international exchange operations under their specified budget and regulatory conditions.
Transparency and accountability
Under strict financial control from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we keep meticulous records of expenses entailed by each client on each operation. We issue regular, individual reports to each client, with monthly statements, quarterly summaries, and full accounts on completion of the operation. On request, we can also set up custom financial tracking and accounting systems matched to specific needs (with statements for individual visitors, operations, etc.).
Service rates
Égide services are billed at true cost under all-inclusive packages matched to the needs of each client. Remuneration, as overseen by the Égide board, is calculated to generate no profit, consistent with our status as a non-profit organization.
