Project assembly
Égide can handle all aspects of international exchange operations (organization of training courses and visits, travel, administrative procedures, accommodation, etc.), in France or abroad, for students, researchers, experts, conference delegates, etc.
Global budget tracking
Égide manages the credit lines for its clients’ finance programmes, to negotiate rates and pay all the bills and expenses involved in their exchange operations (to travel agencies, accommodation providers, training providers, etc.).
Payment of grants and allowances
Égide takes charge of paying visitors their grants and allowances: per diem allowances on arrival for guests and experts on short missions; or monthly allowances for visitors on longer educational or professional training courses.
