During your interview, you will be received by a manager and a member of the Human Ressources Department who will assess the competencies that you have exercised in your professional and personal life and assess if these same competencies respond to those required by the position

During this interview, you will be presented with the following steps of the recruitment procedure.

The recruitment ”without CV” at Égide: user guide

Égide releases traditional employment offer on witch is indicated the link towards witch the applicants head. This link is hosted by a recruitment firm, who transforms and declines this ad in skills. The applicants provides the usually requested information (Identity, training, professional career…) and informs on the required skills for the position. Once fulfilled, only this application “without CV” is returned to Égide. Before the oral interview, the civility and the diplomas are not known by Égide, the recruitment firm playing the intermediate part or of filter between the applicant and the Employer.
